The following are the Komoot maps of my 2019 e-bike tour of Slovakia with my dog Zuri.
Zuri and I were in Slovakia for only two days, following exclusively EuroVelo 6, also called the Danube Cycle Route. There are almost exclusively bike-only paths, though they are often sandy or full of pebbles, which makes riding very difficult. Highlights were the town of Komarno and Bratislava.

After a rainy night at the campsite in Komarno, we follow the EuroVelo 6, also called the Danube Cycle Path, further in the direction of Bratislava, Slovakia. EuroVelo 6 runs mostly on cycle paths. However, sleeping places are scarce, so we have to sleep on the cycle path. The next day, some nasty surprises await us…Zurti’s paws bleed and the dog trailer breaks off the e-bike….
