Here are all the Komoot maps of the routes I used when I cycled through Italy. I mainly followed the bicitalia Cyclepath 20, which is completly unsigned. I downloaded the gpx file from their website and followed it.

Video Ebike Tour with Dog Europe 2019 – Stage Italy 1 :
After a month in Switzerland, the tour continues to Italy. Riding a bike in Italy is anything but easy. Without help from others, me and my dog Zuri would have got stuck here a few times. But Italy is also full of super friendly and helpful people. The video shows the route from Como to Milan and on to Lake Iseo.

After one month in Switzerland we are now in Italy. After we drove from Como via Milan to Lake Iseo, we are now heading towards Verona. We drive through Brescia and past endless wine fields and even sleep there. But see for yourself. 🙂 Again we meet many nice and helpful people!

After one month in Switzerland we are now in Italy. After driving from Como via Milan to Lake Iseo and then on to Verona, we now drive through Vicenza to Padova.

We continue our bike tour through Europavon Padova to Pordenonne in Italy. This was a very exciting stage, where we were invited to an aperol sprizz in Treviso, were given cookies by a baker and Zuri was allowed to try dog ice cream for the first time.

Meanwhile my dog Zuri and I arrived at the east side of Italy by bicycle. After a few hot 38 degree days, which we spent with couchsurfers in Pordenone, we continue to Udine. A quite short stage. But in Udine some surprises were waiting for us. More about that on the next stage.

After a week in Udine we finally go back to the mountains. The north of Italy was to flat and too flat for me personally. From Udine the Alpe Adria cycle path leads north. Unfortunately, it was anything but easy to find it… The Alpe Adria has been one of the most beautiful routes on my journey and is highly recommended. You can see another part of the cycle path and also its difficulties in the next video.

Our bike tour with Ebike takes my dog Zuri and me also to the Alpe Adria in Italy.
We ride north on the Alpe Adria towards Slovenia. The Alpe Adria has been one of the most beautiful routes on my trip and is highly recommended. There are incredibly beautiful mountain panoramas to admire, a well developed bike course and crystal clear water to relax. However, the Italians also had some surprises and difficulties in store here…
